Led by a hands-on builder, we offer a personalised experience, exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail from concept through to completion.
The Builder Behind Wilcon
Wilcon Building Co is built on passion for quality craftsmanship, considered design and creating exceptional homes.
Founded and led by Dean Wilcox. Wilcon offers a genuinely personal approach to custom home building.
As a hands-on builder, Dean remains actively involved throughout the construction process, working closely with clients, designers and trades to ensure every detail receives the attention it deserves.
We deliberately take on a limited number of custom homes each year, allowing us to maintain the quality, communication and personal service that define the Wilcon experience.
Now establishing our presence in Yarrawonga and North East Victoria, we bring over 25 years of experience delivering beautifully crafted homes across the Mornington Peninsula.
Quality over Quantity
At Wilcon Building Co, we believe exceptional homes deserve exceptional attention.
That’s why we deliberately take on a limited number of custom homes each year.
Our boutique approach allows us to remain personally involved in every stage of the building process, from the initial design conversations through to the final finishing touches.
With over 25 years of building experience, we combine quality craftsmanship, considered design and genuine relationships to create homes that are as individual as the people who live in them.
A personal approach. An uncompromising standard.
Let’s Build Something Exceptional.
Every exceptional home begins with a conversation.
Whether you’re planning a bespoke custom home, a considered renovation or a beautiful outdoor space, we’d love to hear your vision.
At Wilcon Building Co, we take on a limited number of projects each year to ensure every client receives our personal attention.
